Barre Class

Sweat and Tone!

Barre class is a new fitness phenomenon that combines ballet, Pilates, cardio and strength training. A fun, intense and effective head-to-toe workout that focuses on low-impact high intensity movements. The end result produces toned, sculpted elongated muscles that create beautiful lean body. Prepare to sweat it out, have fun and reshape your idea of what a fitness class can be. Your body will thank you!

Power Mat Class

Discover your power as you build a strong, sculpted, lean body! PowerMat class is a continuous flow of exercises that target the entire body and it’s designed for maximum sculpting. This intense total body workout combine modern Pilates, Yoga, Ballet and Strength training. You will target your abdominals, glutes, legs and arms while you improving strength, flexibility and posture by taking the beauty of sculpt down to the mat. Build a powerful foundation; you will emerge feeling strong and confident in your body.

Ballet Class

A classical ballet class.

The class will introduce basic ballet movements using simple combinations at the barre and in the center. Ballet is good for body as well as for mind. Besides promoting cardiovascular fitness and posture in this introductory class adults and teenagers will enjoy learning ballet while developing confidence, mental concentration, coordination, grace and musicality! This class is for those with little or no prior experience, who want to dance, but never had the opportunity, and those who have danced before and want to begin again.

Ballet Strength Class

Dance doesn't come easy!

Dancing requires strength, mobility, power, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular endurance. If you want to dance stronger, become more flexible, and have more control, then you need to condition your body properly. These classes are ideal for dancers or anyone wanting to improve flexibility and gain strength “the ballet way”. Your dance form will improve and you’ll have better posture, a stronger core, greater stability and strength, while you increase range of motion in the joints.
